Mr. Alvin “Chip” Wagner III

Chip is president and CFO of Headrick-Wagner Appraisal Group. Chip began his appraisal career in his father's business, A. L. Wagner & Co. and worked for the firm on a part-time basis through breaks in high school and college. Upon graduation from Bradley University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Chip joined the company on a full time basis. In 2000 his father retired and Chip formed A. L. Wagner Appraisal Group, a residential appraisal firm specializing in corporate relocation and residential market studies. Chip is a Certified Residential Real Estate of Appraiser in the State of Illinois. Chip's affiliations include professionally designated with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (IFA designation), Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP Designation) and member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), member of the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants, Inc. (RAC), an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, and a past president of the Corporate Relocation Council. Chip has authored numerous articles, served on various national committees, and has done many presentations in the relocation industry. He currently serves on the board of directors of the following three organizations: Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the Chicago Metro Chapter of the NAIFA, and the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants. Chip is married to Debbie and has two children.
